What is Ad-Ventures?
The Ad-Venture project is run by the voluntary and community sector learning consortium ltd, trading as volcom. We are a social enterprise which operates as the research and development lab for learning in hull. We try out new (and sometimes old!) approaches to teaching and learning, then apply what we have learned to develop new products and services for use by schools, colleges and businesses.

This is the second advert that Ad-Venture has placed in the NME - just in time for 'Under the Influence' to get a mention! If you have got some events coming up that you would like to advertise, and if you are already an advertiser with thisisull.com, please let cilla know what your events are.

As part of Ad-Venture's marketing role, we placed an advert in the NME promoting some of the events, venues and local businesses operating in Hull. Anyone who is currently advertising their events through thisisull.com could get a free mention in the NME - speak to Cilla at thisisull.com if you are interested.
Did we put Hull on the map with this one advert? It's too early to tell, but we are closely monitoring thisisull.com's web traffic and will be finding out from advertisers over the course of the year what impact the adverts have had.
